Are your products really handmade? Yes. We are a small artisan team dedicated to the "slow craft" movement. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our pieces have unique characters and durability that machines simply cannot replicate.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? All orders are handcrafted and dispatched directly from our studio located at 1024 Forest St, Coalport, PA 16627.
How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat rate of $4.95 USD for standard shipping via USPS on all orders within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order? Because our items are handmade, we require a handling time of 2–3 business days to ensure quality. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Is there a restocking fee? Yes. To cover the costs of quality inspection and repacking of our delicate handcrafted items, a 10% restocking fee is applied to standard returns. This fee is waived if the item arrived damaged or defective.
Who pays for return shipping? For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a pre-paid return label.
